• Plan and execute detailed programs for foreign leaders visiting the Minister and accompany them during their official travel.
• Make arrangements for and accompany delegations named by the Minister to represent him at inaugurals, funerals, weddings, Independence Day celebrations, and similar ceremonies abroad.
• Act as the Minister personal representative and liaison to the staff in the ministry at events.
• Organize treaty-signing ceremonies.
• Advises staff of the organization on formalities and courtesies they should observe when associating with foreign visitors.

• Prepare sales report, invoices and revenue report on daily and monthly output of machines and equipment
• Organize workers for their daily activities and also see to it that machines are running effectively.
• Inform, instruct, train and supervise employees in the method used to work safely without risk to health and safety and those others in the immediate vicinity ensuring that they comply with all relevant safety.
• Prepare JSA and risk assessment on projects to be taken.

• Performs frequent and effective networking with a variety of business partners and customers.
• Discover and develop opportunities for marketing that involved advertising on the Internet, regional/national as well as publications.
• Manage the production of marketing materials and attend and organize company-related exhibitions, sales, promotional events, and others.
• Secure sponsorships and assist in creating and actualizing publicity and marketing plans.
• Organize marketing research to implement brand awareness.
