Working with internal trackers and portals, I support Global Study Managers and Clinical Operations in completing complex requests and documenting their requirements in LMS. Troubleshooting LMS queries and concerns are a daily occurrence. I also monitor the global central mailbox that deals with requests for the Clinical Research team – performing tasks for ongoing projects. I maintain departmental process documents and provide general support to ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures.
