I lead and manage Jencap's technical learning and development program from college recruiting, to curriculum, to working with all stakeholders to build a “first in class” training program. My mission is to utilize my experience, knowledge and wisdom from my entire career and wrap it all together to grow, mentor, train, develop and inspire Jencap Associates and college interns and new college hires to "think big" and continue to learn and develop to be the best in our industry. Along side with me is a Team of Jencap associates and product leaders that are actively a part of this endeavor.
