This included SAP transactions and physical movement of components. Trained on multiple pieces of equipment. VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklift, stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift, powered lift (WAV Work Assist Vehicle), and powered transports. Used each piece of equipment once or twice a week as needed. On a limited list of employees (20 of 450), with key holder access to DEA room for storage of controlled products.Performed daily SAP transactions to move product batches from Packaging to Distribution, with an average of 5-10 batches keyed each week. Assisted with expediting paperwork to Record Review for batch release as needed per management requests. Worked for 3.5 months training to operate packaging lines. Qualified to set-up and run the Enercon, Check-weigher, Retorquer, Labeler, Bundler, and manual case packer to package finished product into bottles and shippers for distribution to customers. Completed on average 5-10 batches per week, with 98% right the first time documentation. Able to clean lines to prevent cross contamination of pharmaceutical products, with Zero foreign finds. Reconciled materials and product at the end of each run utilizing weight scales and mathematical calculations. After initial cross training continued to work 1 week a month in packaging rotating the line operators for break and lunch when the packaging lines ran controlled products.
