Current- Responsible for a variety of accounting processes including bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities and balance sheet accounts.
- Maintain the company’s fixed assets database, capital budget and summary reports; ensuring that all capital expenditures are accounted for in accordance with GAAP and company policy.
- Collaborated with the engineering team to provide support for capital project related questions and reports.
- Actively engage in process improvement “Lean projects”. Revise and streamline inefficient work procedures.
- Oversight for the implementation and training for the conversion from Ceradyne’s travel-card system to 3M’s Travel-card program.
- Administer corporate travel card program and provide formal training to employees before issuing their business credit cards.
