CurrentResponsible for a variety of accounting processes including bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities and balance sheet accounts.• Maintain the company’s fixed assets database, capital budget and summary reports; ensuring that all capital expenditures are accounted for in accordance with GAAP and company policy.• Collaborated with the engineering team to provide support for capital project related questions and reports.• Actively engage in process improvement “Lean projects”. Revise and streamline inefficient work procedures.• Oversight for the implementation and training for the conversion from Ceradyne’s travel-card system to 3M’s Travel-card program.• Administer corporate travel card program and provide formal training to employees before issuing their business credit cards.• Track company travel card charges and reconciliation of monthly statements• Audit expense reports, provide coding and approvals.
