About Barbara Edelston Peterson

I'm a ten-time world champion in off-road triathlon, a sports psychologist, motivational speaker, author, jewelry designer, and former marketing executive. In 2019, I founded the non-profit Whole Champion Foundation to motivate all people to step up for a better world. I define "whole" as a conscious mindset where there is little separation between personal, social, and environmental responsibility. “Champion” is every individual who takes action towards a meaningful cause.
