Develop and deploy new processes and promote and sustain technology performance in accordance with required HRIS standards and goals. This position will also direct, develop & implement recruitment strategies that support overall business requirements and growth forecast for talent acquisition, relocation management and other recruitment programs, immigration and mobility and negotiating and managing vendor agreements. This role works with Vestas leaders, business teams, and external partners to drive significant change and tangible service improvements. Show less
