Design and produce the City quarterly brochure, Mission Viejo Life. This includes creating the brochure from scratch by working closely with various departments and developing a close relationship with the contracted printer. Quarterly, over 38,000 copies are printed and distributed. Recruit, set up and manage Contract Instructors on-site and off-site of the City of Mission Viejo Parks and Facilities.Manage the City Facebook Event Pages. Reaching a large social media audience for a highly communicative element. Using event funds to boost pages to reach audiences of over 13,000. Coordinate the annual City of Mission Viejo Community Health Fair. With over 60 vendors, the public enjoys a free event while receiving excellent information on how to live a healthy lifestyle.
