Client Finance Portfolio Manager
Current• Maintains strict confidentiality of the firm’s personnel affairs and client information (Knowledge of Attorney-Client Privilege and Confidentially)• Works as a liaison with clients, partners, associates, management, billing, and other departments to resolve A/R discrepancies and to retain clients (business)• Calendaring of meetings with attorneys, management, clients for follow ups on client matters to improve and processes that are agreeable to increase collections of the attorney’s receivables to• Run Carpe Diem reports to analyze staff time and rates per matter and review various Ad Hoc reports for receivables, rates, accruals, time, and revenue analysis for partners, management, and executive staff• Escalation of accounts with discrepancies issues to firm leadership, participates in special projects as assigned• Review Aging reports and assist in developing strategies to improve collections, retain clients by providing support and resolving disputes or issues• Research and recommend re-submitting rejected invoices via electronic billing to e-billing websites (e.g., Collaborati, Legal Tracker, CounselLink, T360, etc.).• Monitor Delay Pay, settlements, payment plans to ensure payments are received as agreed
