I assisted setting up the administration department implementing new procedures to ensure smooth running of the office, administration and logistical processes. I am the PA to the CEO and managing our Client Care Team, I enjoy dealing with our customers on a day to day basis putting together quotes and organising the collections of their redundant IT related equipment, ensuring that current legislation and documents are in place and dealt with correctly and in line with the WEEE directive.

My role here was the office administrator, setting up all the training and procedure files as well as setting up the returns department.

My role included purchasing, customer care and internal support.

My role as sales support was to ensure that all customer requirements were efficiently and promptly met. I was responsible for keeping the companies diary up to date, dealing with all internal telephone calls and the day to day running of all their accounts.
