Responsible for Advertising Coordination for "Family Handyman", and 6 Canadian Titles, billing over $15 million in net revenue. Create key reports for management and sales, as well as reporting to PIB, MPA, and Starch. Review, correct and post accounting journal entries and inter-company transactions in Oracle. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. • Successfully transitioned billing from Admarc to ad DEPOT. This provided significant cost-savings, and enabled Reader’s Digest to be among the first publishers to have fully integrated print and digital billing within one system.• Coordinated successful billing launch of "Every Day With Rachael Ray" (later acquired by Meredith.)• Successfully transitioned 6 Canadian titles to Reader’s Digest billing systems. Managed a similar transition for 14 Reiman Publishing titles to Reader’s Digest billing systems, bringing them to full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.• Collaborated with IT and sales to implement the internal Ad Forecasting System.• Initiated and led the creation of the first-ever quick guide to billing and credit processes for new salespeople. This improved the speed and quality of information delivered to our department, and enabled new salespeople to focus on sales rather than learning processes by trial and error.• Received Reader’s Digest “Great Performers Award”.
