Founder and Director of La Jolla Volleyball, a youth volleyball club in the La Jolla area of San Diego offering indoor teams (local and travel) as well as summer beach camps for all skill levels. Volleyball background includes high school standout player, scholarship to Division 1 UC Santa Barbara as middle blocker, played professionally indoors as well as beach doubles on WPVA, BVA and AVP tours, and has coached and led numerous clinics and camps for players ranging from 8 year olds to current pro beach players. Has received the highest beach volleyball rating of AAA, still maintains passion for the sport and continues to play and coach regularly.Geologist with 10+ years experience in environmental and geotechnical geology; soil, groundwater and fault investigation, environmental document preparation, tunnel and pipeline feasibility work.
