Strategic And Creative Brand ManagerMedrio Mar 2020 - Mar 2022For two years, I was tasked with turning around and breathing new life into Medrio’s global brand. A B2B SaaS company that had rapidly expanded across the world, the company’s brand had been mismanaged and treated as an afterthought. It was a sizeable challenge to not only uncover and push forward Medrio’s true brand promise but also get key stakeholders, aka leadership, on board. - Implemented the company’s strategic brand refresh: Conducted comprehensive brand audit to identify gaps and areas for improvement, Stakeholder interviews, VOC research, competitor analysis, brand architecture, customer journey maps, and segmentation.- Worked with leaders across the company to develop a high-profile transformation of the Medrio brand, including updated messaging, Purpose/Vision/Mission, creative storytelling, positioning, and naming of new services and initiatives within our newly-clarified brand architecture. - Worked closely with our web development agency to overhaul the website, creating a better CX and putting our refreshed branding front and center so that visitors felt seen, not talked-to.- Worked closely with the Director of Communications and VP of Marketing to tease out new brand messaging, tone of voice, and other critical pieces, then built those into tangible brand campaigns.- Directed and designed a vast range of marketing materials, ranging from whitepapers and solution sheets, to slide presentations, infographics, social media graphics, syndicated and paid display advertising, and much more that all highlighted the refreshed brand- Conceptualized and oversaw the first commercial video production for Medrio, resulting in our 2021 holiday video that garnered an 85% engagement rate.- Managed various external vendors that helped us create our library of brand campaign assets, including SEO/paid, creative advertising, audio, and video production, and more. -
