Skills for International ManagementDeveloped and taught a 36 hour course worth 5 ECTS credits designed to help Erasmus exchange students build skills of intercultural competency based on their personal experience of living and studying abroad. Class attracted students from many different countries including Europeans, Asians and North Americans.Utilizing the technique of keeping an analytical notebook for the semester, students learned the key skills of observation, reflection and analysis with the goal of increasing their self-cultural awareness and ability to understand culturally different others. I also conducted numerous Expatriation Trainings for nationals from the US, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Pakistan and several other countries.

Coordinated and taught one-year undergraduate specialization course in International Management. I was responsible for the overall course design and I taught 80 percent of the lectures, designed, delivered and graded exams, and found guest speakers for selected topics. Emphasis was on strategic and interpersonal aspects of international management. Methodology was interactive and included group-work, presentations and role-play. The first year there were 17 students. The second year 44 students signed up, which required adding a second classroom.
