• Ownership of the selection process E2E until the respective entry and the corresponding documentation according to country • Hunting & Talent Mappings on LinkedIn Recruiter• Search of profiles in internal databases• Reading of resumes from referrals and agencies• Telephone screening, cultural interviews, coordination of technical interviews and extension of offer/value proposition letter• Loading and updating of selection process data in internal database & follow-up • Candidates tracking through ATS: Eightfold and Success Factors• Fronting and Role profiling with Hiring Managers, PBP and Supervisors of the different business units• Sourcing strategy development• Creation of reports and briefings• Identification of process improvements• Escalation of potential issues/difficulties in filling positions
