My tasks include: Development of the sought-after profile with the management;Drafting and publishing the job advertisements in the target group-relevant portals and recruiting platforms;Applicant communication and management of the selection process as well as participation in selection interviews;Follow-up (controlling and QM) as well as development of a professionally based talent pool;Active sourcing via various networks and channels;Drafting a shortlist and conducting interviews in German and English; Onboarding and staff development / and personnel developmentSupervision of a trainee until successful completionPreparation and implementation of recruiting events online and / or offline
