• Program management of all designated part time retail representatives in the assigned district. • Effectively planning, managing, and executing all client programs in the respective district. • Effective hiring, schedule management, training, personnel development and program oversight of all programs in your respective district. • Hiring includes ensuring all reps are loaded in the web-based reporting system, have submitted all required payroll paperwork and are trained on reporting work in web-based reporting system. • Monitor reps assignments to ensure all projects are fully assigned and accepted. • Monitor daily compliance of reps to ensure programs are completed and issues are identified. • Review all program materials and information with reps to ensure they understand all elements of the program. • Monitor programs daily to ensure accurate reporting & photo submission; follow up with field operations manager on any issues or problems you and/or your reps are encountering. • Monitor reporting system daily for time-reporting – ensure hours are correct and approved prior to payroll. • Working closely with the Field Operations Manager to develop strategies for retention, hiring and maximizing performance within my assigned district.
