I develop and validate disease-relevant assay (Luminex, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, qPCR, WES, High content imaging) for the discovery and the characterization of new therapeutic targets. I optimize these biological assay on cell-lines and primary cell cultures (DCs, Mɸ , T cells , DC-Tcells co-cultures, Mɸ-Caco-2 co-cultures ) to screen with shRNA Adenoviruses, siRNAs or compounds.I help coordinate and run day to day activities, design and set-up experiments, perform lab experiments, document all the work done, analyse data, prepare and present results, train other peers on several techniques.
