CurrentMs.Chilton's 13 years experience as a mediator and, masters degree from Pepperdine University in Organizational Development allows her to help several organizations in the community as a mediator and dispute resolution to promote life and leadership skills for teenagers. Ms. Chilton also teaches parenting classes that focus on skills and techniques for parents of teens and pre teens. Ms. Chilton has worked with many corporations here and internationally on an organizational planned change capacity including: Concordia University, Hemacare corporation, Autism Spectrum Therapies,Beijing Arbitration Center, Datong International Adoption Services, Rotary International, FEMSA Inc. Monterrey Mexico. She also developed a program geared towards helping teens and their parents master their lives. She has used and taught this program for: Agoura Hills Community Library, Los Virgenes PFC, Boys and Girls Club, Kids Save, Oaks Christian High School, Thousand Oaks High School, Rotary Club, Camp Miller Juvenile probation center.
