Role is to provide an operational human resource service to ensure a fair and consistent approach to the management of all employees. Working closely with the Heads of Department and the Senior Management Team, develop and deliver HR initiatives to support business objectives. Provide proactive, commercially driven HR support and guidance. Glenalmond College is a co-educational independent boarding school in Perth and Kinross, Scotland, for children aged between 12 and 18 years. The College was founded in 1847 and provides independent education to up to 410 boarding and day pupils supported by up to 150 academic and non-academic staff. The campus is situated in 300 acres of stunning countryside 8 miles from Perth. The majority of fulltime teaching staff and some non-teaching staff along with their families live on site in accommodation provided by the College. There is very much a community feel amongst the staff who live on campus with many interacting with each other on a personal as well as a professional basis.
