•Support Monster’s Sales and Sell-through teams work closely with Sales Managers and outside Independent Sales Representatives to assure daily operations are running smoothly and communication is clear.•Key contact point for Reps to navigate Monster policy and procedure for sales, support, accounting, dealer approval process, and marketing requests.•Supporting all areas of sales operations including tradeshows (CEDIA, CES, NAMM, etc.)

•Primary liaison between Merchants, Creative, and Marketing VP’s in the execution of the weekly circular and broadsheet print media project events.•Assist in the collaboration development of print media advertising events.•Principal point of contact overseeing project timelines, communications, meetings, status and statistical reports and budget details.

•Coordinated execution of monthly advertising and special events projects partnering with division VPs, Merchants, and Marketing to ensure that Mervyns Pricing Guidelines and Promotional Criteria are understood and implemented in print advertising..•Trained and managed staff of eight Divisional Advertising Coordinators making sure all available tools used to maximize performance efficiently and accurately as possible.

•Input sale price information into system, and maintained pricing, forecasting, zoning and layout concepts.•Provided financial data for buying office, reviewed for accuracy in a timely manner for submission to division VPs.

•Performed reconciliation of LOA medical payments and dependant Care accounts to the general ledger.•Verify associate account coverage and provided information regarding health plan choices.

•Executed monthly and quarterly Forecasting, Budgeting and Planning cycle for the Energy Division.•Identified potential inventory issues, initiated corrective action. Analyzed and reported Mfg. Variances for two factories.•Responsible for Stand Cost setting for factory manufactured products. Primary Analyst in yearly re-cost exercise.

•Ensure all invoices matched to supporting purchase orders, coded with correct GL account prior to batch submission.•Employee cash window attendant - processed and dispensed cash for employee expense reimbursement, cash advancement request, and personal checks, reconciled cash drawer daily.
