At this point in my career, I have served as the top HR leader for two mid-sized companies in the private equity space – each requiring rapid transformation and accelerated growth. As an HR consultant, I developed expertise in assessing client organizations, identifying barriers to growth, and designing/executing game-changing solutions. Finally, as an HR business partner for Nationwide, I gained hands-on experience with the full HR toolbox – including compensation, recruiting, talent management, and employee relations.As a leader I am direct and honest, which works well in private equity companies where speed and agility are the rule. Leading in an unvarnished and non-politicized manner – I have learned – creates the fastest path to goal achievement.I am passionate about giving back to the community and to multiple causes that are near and dear to my heart. It is my greatest hope that I live to see a cure for Multiple Myeloma, a form of leukemia, which I lost my mother to.
