- Definition of assortment plan by collection, channel and segment through market analysis, trends, sales history and marketing strategies;- Analysis of customers navigation behavior through Google Trends to propose targeted actions of marketing, visual merchandising and sales;- Products pricing per collection, according to competition analysis and product cost (FOB) in order to achieve the best margin within each category;- Development of sales material and training for representatives to each collection;- Follow-up of KPIs to follow the goals by sales channel;- Definition and monitoring the schedule for the organization of the showroom;-Follow up of purchased products, such as order confirmation, changes on FOB or product reference guaranteeing the updating of the same in all areas.
