Daily Maintenance of 50+ customers including several high profile Automotive & Aerospace accounts, which included order entry, communication with manufacturing staff to ensure on-time delivery, expediting and obtaining new and repeat orders. Occasional traveling was required to keep a personal relationship with high profile accounts.

Responsible for all operations and audits of the branch, supervised staff of 6 tellers which included scheduling, training, referral tracking, incentives, and performance reviews. Worked one on one with branch manager to ensure monthly goals were exceeded. Required to fill-in for teller and platform personnel when needed.

In addition to above, I also organized tours of our facility along with a tour of the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Westbury, NY for Volvo Executives and 20+ students from Sweden pursuing careers in Aerospace Engineering.
