Our innovative healthcare secret shopper approach established me as a pioneer in national healthcare mystery shopping, delivering solutions that frequently exceed clients' expectations. Likewise, more than 60 senior living communities have benefited from our strategic, detailed marketing and sales assessments and advice including sales training and assistance with marketing campaigns, leading to growth and improved financial performance. Prior to consulting, my career was rooted in healthcare marketing and strategic planning leadership. I was Director of Marketing, Strategic Planning and Physician Recruitment for 2 hospitals and temporary Assistant Administrator for one of them. My shift to consulting was fueled by a personal hospital experience that highlighted the importance and impact of "customer" service excellence on patients' and staff's satisfaction with their care, and the potential impact of "customer" service on overall excellence in healthcare.
