Support college staff, faculty and other entities with ad-hoc data requests by providing data, analysis, and interpretation of data from both internal and external resources that answer critical questions, support planning, and enable informed decision-making. Participate with Planning and Institutional Effectiveness team in providing data for standard reporting both internally and with the HED, IPEDS, and HLC. Work with OPIE team in ongoing decisions concerning data maintenance, research methodology, data analysis, and reporting. Prepare data and presentations for the Environmental Scan as part of the Strategic Planning process. Create and maintain documentation for standard and/or recurring processes.

Assist the Emergency Preparedness and Safety Coordinator with various aspects of campus safety, emergency preparedness, worker's compensation, and organization of the Campus Community Emergency Response Team. Primary duties include record organization, research, and database maintenance for C-CERT, Emergency Preparedness, MSDS, and Worker's Comp. Collect, record, and track training feedback for analysis and reporting. Support the Human Resources staff. Create a Benefits Calculator and Paycheck Estimator tool.

Perform test cases and document results, perform detailed bug reports, and measure over all software stability. Audit error logs for security and performance issues and reporting issues needing attention.

Supervise the Application & Data Support group. We provide client support of our secure, web-based system for searching, organizing, and producing discovery documents. In addition, we provide employee support for all internally developed applications, tools, and reports.

Ensure application usability and reliability. Provide leadership to the core activities of the department (application support, data support, testing). Coordinate testing activities between ATS and Development. Ensure linkage between testing and support. Coordinate support activities with Client Service teams (tiered support). Work with Standards to identify and implement stronger support applications.

Supervise the Technical Support group, comprised of four technicians. On the Support side, our group provides internal employee and external clients support of our secure, Web-based system for searching, organizing, and producing discovery documents. On the Help Desk side, our group provides all encompassing technical support for our internal employees.

Provide first-line InfoDox™ support for calls from internal and external customers. Work with the DBA, system administrator, project managers, and programmers to revise internal standards for database schema, data loading and modification, and database processes. Assist with data loading and modifications. Conduct in-house and customer training.
