For the past 27 years I have been teaching Yoga in the Lane Cove area. During the past 6 years I have also been teaching Mat Pilates and Meditation classes.Over twenty-eight years experience as a Workplace Trainer, including twenty-two years running my own Training Business, and six years as National Seminar Presenter and Trainer for Microsoft Australia.Five years in the Recruitment Industry, in roles including Recruitment Consultant for Office Support Staff, Manager of Permanent Recruitment Division, Executive Recruitment Consultant for Sales and Management Managed a Restaurant for a year.Seven years voluntary Telephone Counselling work at Lifeline.Currently volunteer at Chatswood Blood Bank/Life Blood in recovery cafe 4 hours per week since 2005.Prior to 1996 I was known as Barbara Cremer (maiden name).Specialties: Yoga Teaching (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin), Mat Pilates Teaching, Meditation Teaching.
