I thrive in challenging circumstances and have the ability to lead, navigate, and engage teams within a global matrix environment across international markets.My passion is to foster a diverse and inclusive professional environment. I engage in professional business coaching to support colleagues of all seniority levels on their leadership journey and individual development needs. Additionally, I lead UCB’s “Woman in Leadership” chapter in Belgium.
