As student member of the educational committee, my role was to advise the program director on the content of the study programs within the Business facility. This included evaluating student surveys and advising on changes where needed, as well as bringing my own experiences forward when discussing the direction of the educational program. This experience gave me a backstage look at the study I was doing at that moment. It taught me a lot on decision-making and meeting structures in large organizations.

As student-assistent, I supported teachers during the module 'Strategy, Marketing and Economics'. My tasks included grading exams, dealing with concerns from students and supporting students during their execution of a simulation game. During this period, I enlarged my understanding of various topics in strategic management, marketing and economics.

As a part time job next to my study, I provided household duties to people who were not able to carry these out themselves, due to old age, a mental or a physical disability. This job has always been a very grateful experience, and taught me to work hard and to comfort people during my presence in their home.
