I firmly believe that the essence of an organization's success lies within its people. As a senior leader in talent development, I operate at a strategic level, crafting initiatives that impact thousands of employees. My key focus is to equip leaders with necessary skills and resources that empower them to engage both themselves and their teams. A notable achievement in this arena was when I led a cross-functional team, including field HR representatives, and coached over 300 Career Advisors on performance management and leadership development. This initiative enriched their professional growth, enabling them to conduct more effective one-on-one conversations.One of the significant challenges I've observed in employee training is the lack of data measurement and practical learning application. To tackle this, I introduced analytics methodologies and data reporting that enabled leadership to enhance performance management throughout the year. In developing an engagement learning survey, I leveraged Practice Leader’s influence and developed a follow-up communication campaign resulting in a remarkable 61% response rate, and providing a wealth of actionable insights.A few highlights from my portfolio:🌟 I orchestrated a shift from a rigid training track to a flexible elective model for the Advisory practice.
