As a senior leader in talent development, I operate at a strategic level, crafting initiatives that impact thousands of employees. A notable achievement in this arena was when I led a cross-functional team, including field HR representatives, and coached over 300 Career Advisors on performance management and leadership development. This initiative enriched their professional growth, enabling them to conduct more effective one-on-one conversations.One of the significant challenges I've observed in employee training is the lack of data measurement and practical learning application. To tackle this, I introduced analytics methodologies and data reporting that enabled leadership to enhance performance management throughout the year.
