A 20+ year track record of leading and inspiring teams to improve operational efficiencies and profitability across multiple real estate asset classes. As the Chief Operating Officer and founding team member for a start-up private equity real estate firm, I played a critical role in building the infrastructure, raising $750 million in institutional equity, creating a profitable operating platform and hiring more than 100 employees to build the business and brand. While in the COO seat, I championed corporate governance within the firm to enhance investor confidence in the platform. I served as the Chair of both the Compliance Committee and Compensation Committee as well as a member of the Budget Committee and an Investment Committee observer. Under my leadership, the firm grew to be on the 2019 & 2020 Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Businesses with 446% revenue growth over prior 3 years, as well as OCBJ's Best Places to Work. I founded Rea Advisory Group in 2020 to become a strategic advisor to growing businesses looking to maximize profitability and create enterprise value. My thought leadership on operational efficiency, culture creation, inspiring high performing teams and diversity and inclusion has been featured in many publications and as a speaker on multiple podcasts, conferences such as Information Management Network (IMN), National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Bisnow as well as business schools including University of California, Irvine (UCI) and my alma mater Drexel University.I am currently COO of Arden Logistics Parks and serve on the board of Brevvie, a proptech company focused on moving consumer goods into the sharing economy.
