The Volunteer Peer Coordinator leadership program provides guidance, training, and direction for a team of adult CASA volunteers and their assigned youths. This new role was developed to increase the capacity of the CASA organization to serve additional youth in the foster care system before they age out of the system at twenty one. Currently in charge of four adults and four youths between the age of 15-19.

I am on the Foundation board for Axis Community Health and became involved because of the need within our community to provide quality health care. We serve over 14,000 community members regardless of income, insurance status or the ability to pay and have done so for over the past 40 years.
