From condensing paper trails to streamlining processes to standardizing operations, I build tools and methods that solve critical business issues. As a leader, I am hands-on. I bring my personal project management methodologies into every project while looking at tasks from my employees’ perspectives to find opportunities for efficiency improvement. I encourage team members to share their ideas and look for ways to put their unique talents to good use.I am a catalyst and agent for change. Cultural transformation and organizational restructuring are often necessary components of delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and to specifications. I create synergies and collaborations across departments, senior leaders, and project teams that enable lasting change. Outside of work, I enjoy building and fixing things on a large scale. I completed a frame off restoration of a 1966 Mustang and brought it up to show quality. I also designed and built a 2,500 SF house on raw land from beginning to end – securing the permits, managing subcontractors, and extending utilities.
