Barbara Klepper is an experienced tax partner at Winstead PC. Her practice focuses on all aspects of executive compensation planning, equity compensation, and employee benefits. She advises clients of all sizes regarding all tax and general aspects of executive employment agreements, severance agreements and arrangements, cash and equity compensation arrangements, consulting agreements, complex Section 409A and 280G issues, deferred compensation plans, benefits planning in mergers and acquisitions, and general retirement and health and welfare plans, and is experienced in working with the Department of Labor and the IRS in connection with such issues.Barbara frequently works on highly complex transactions involving a variety of business interests, including the energy, food, healthcare, private equity, life sciences, and technology industries.
