These include the worldwide phenomenon The Voice and spin-offs The Voice Kids, The Voice Senior, The Voice All Stars and The Voice Rap (133 versions in 180 countries), as well as the popular Love Island, Hell's Kitchen, I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, The Four, The Chase and Ik Hou Van Holland (I Love Holland). GP is known for its expertise in managing shows that attract a large audience and have major global commercial potential, as well as monetising all kinds of content including brand licensing, merchandising, commercial integration and digital and social activities. Global Music & Talent Agency deals with the rights of talents during and after their participation in various ITV Studios shows.My primary focus is supporting GP's non-scripted formats business in the Americas and supporting ITV Prodution Companies in Europe.My key tasks:-drafting, negotiating and advising on format license agreements;- advising on digital/social media related matters
