Originally named PBS Kids Sprout, the children's cable and digital channels launched in 2004 and 2005, respectively. The servicess were created via a joint venture between PBS, Sesame Workshop; HiT entertainment and Comcast ( subsequently NBCU). Comcast acquired the remaining partner's shares in 2013.

In addition to CFO, Treasurer and SVP responsibilities, launched online sponsorship on PBS.org, merchandising and licensing ( PBS Kids Toys), and PBS Kids Play! ( a digital educational subscription service). Oversaw multi-million dollar revenue-generating video distribution business sold through mass, specialty, direct-to-consumer, eCommerce and educational sales channels.

Vice President, General ManagerVP, GM of AOL Personal Finance Channel on the web through period of greatest growth and prominence. Hired to lead the transformation of channel, including content enhancement, usability redesign and technology change from proprietary to web; ensured timely launch to meet $100M annual revenue goals. Concurrently led other consumer facing channels, including "Greetings" and "You've Got Pictures" and led early efforts to create an online Music product.Vice President, Business Planning, AOL Broadband Service GroupLed the business planning function which consisted of development of consumer value proposition/feature set and the pricing strategy to inform the launch of AOL Broadband in March 2003.Vice President, Performance ManagementDefined and developed best practice techniques for successful marketing and branding strategies for AOL advertisers leading to improved click-through metrics and purchase results. Contributed to retention of multiple $MM+ deals in backlog and new deals in pipelines.

Established integrated infrastructure of 3 subsidiary entities to execute a planned IPO. Conducted investor meetings, Roadshows and prepared SEC filings. Company was acquired by Titan Corporation (TTN).

Appointed CFO and Treasurer for public entity, Pinelands, Inc., concurrent with WWOR-TV duties. Handled all Investor Relations with shareholders, Wall Street analyst community and NYSE; directed transition of WWOR-TV and Pinelands through three ownership changes ( private to public to private).
