Responsible for master scheduling, purchasing, warehouse, inventory, planning and scheduling for the Liquids plant.

Oversee Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, materials staging, inventory management and inventory transactions. In addition, I work closely with planners who create the detailed schedule for the plant, in direct aligment with the Master Schedule. In this role, I coordinate the activities within the plant - working closely with the Value Stream Leaders, Planners, Quality, and Finance. In turn ensure transparency of activities to the Corporate Supply Chain Group by the reporting of daily and monthly metrics.

Responsible for oversight of production planning, scheduling, inventory management, warehouse management, shipping, and receiving and for ensuring compliance with all govening regulatory requirements. Materials Management is responsible for performing the planning and all associated transactions in JDE and physical movements. Additionally, Materials Management is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the storage conditions of all GMP and non-GMP raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods, including controlled drug substances. I have three direct reports: Planner and two Supervisors, and three indirect reports: Materials Technicians.

As Senior Manager of Manufacturing Logistics and Purchasing, I have responsibilities that encompass production planning, purchasing, warehouse management and inventory management, shipping and receiving.

Managed the staff of Customer Service Representatives, and while just briefly in that job, I was involved in process improvement projects including the streamlining the complaint process. Additionally, working with my manager and distribution center colleagues, I was introduced to the process that King follows for fulfilling customer orders and managing the warehouse and inventory. Also, this gave me the opportunity to work with those in Contracts, Accounts Receivables, Returns, Managed Markets and Sales.

Launched the S & OP process for all King sites on target (in less than 6 months). Served as S & OP facilitator for all King Sites, and chaired the S & OP Executive Review Meetings.

Managed the inventory for products supplied by various King Pharmaceutical sites as well as those which were contract manufactured by third party suppliers.

Duties included scheduling of all manufacturing orders for two manufacturing sites - 52 machines and thousands of unique item numbers. Reporting to Plant Manager I managed the staff of production control office personnel who were responsible for all shop floor order creation and transaction reporting.

Duties included managing a staff of customer service representatives; served as primary inside account manager for the Company’s top customers.

Responsible for the project management of new tooling and equipment projects and fabrication projects (projects which involved structural design and assembly of components such as platforms and handrails).

Duties included order entry, custom product estimations, and processing of sample and literature requests.
