As an Executive Career Consultant and Program Manager, I coach our Executive-level clients in our proven process regarding career management and transition to help them take charge of their careers and move to the next step in their career path.I work with my clients to help them define and craft their personal brand, determine and maximize their marketable skills, design and execute a full internet presence and create the strategic plan and train them in the key tools to help them take the necessary steps to achieve their career goals.

I also developed client support documentation and toolkit, and provided coaching and mentoring to new Campaign Directors.

I provided transition assistance and career management services to spouses and partners as part of a career relocation program. Services included Career Transition Coaching, Acclimation Assistance, and Outplacement Services.

I provided outplacement career transition coaching services to a wide variety of staff levels, functions and industries.

I provided personalized career coaching and consultation services to professionals and executives who desired to increase their career advancement, satisfaction, and success.

Initiated school’s first career management program for alumni, Executive MBA and working professional students. Program included one-on-one advising, group workshops, orientation programs, and online career tools and resources. Audience included 35,000 worldwide alumni, 100 Executive MBA students, and 250 Global MBA (working professional) students.

Managed the design and delivery of career management programs and services to 1200 multicultural graduate business students. Responsibilities included student orientation programs, job search related workshops, and individual career advising. Lead team of up to 4 professional staff members and 3-6 Graduate Associates.
