Manage implementations of P&G’s warehousing systems in plants and distribution centers

Deliver an integrated, cohesive web-presence across the enterprise to improve user experience, drive increase sales, achieve greater resource efficiencies and cost reductions.

Implemented Information Technology (IT) changes across the enterprise in support of the DoL Fiduciary Rule. The changes were across seven Insurance/Annuity (1 company with captive agents), two financial services, and two Investment companies.

Implemented Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) to eliminate all credit card information throughout the company. Implemented two strategic projects for our captive agent insurance company.

Serve as an HP Consultant to The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G). Manage implementations of P&G's warehousing systems to their plants and distribution centers globally. Direct up to 25 projects concurrently with a 10-12 million dollar annual budget for the warehousing work worldwide. Manage contractual relationship with the customer. Deliver standardization and continuous improvements and quality achieving excellent customer satisfaction. Lead up to 15 Project Managers and up to 140 indirect reports annually.Key Accomplishments:- Developed standardized processes globally to keep pricing down.- Implemented initiatives that significantly improved quality.

Integrated P&G Supply Chain systems into another Fortune 500 Company, which was purchased by P&G. Implementations were at 6 locations located in Latin America and the U.S. Directed 6 Project Managers and 90 employees on a cross functional team. Managed multimillion dollar budget. Standardized and improved delivery process.

Implemented warehousing solutions in P&G plants and distribution centers in North America. Also instituted additional warehousing functionality, including Tier III shipping, integration with SAP Shipping and Distribution (SD) model, and truck loading statuses to carriers.

Implemented warehousing solutions in P&G plants and distribution centers in North America. Also instituted additional functionality to print shipping papers according to the Voluntary Interindustry Commerce Solutions (VICS) standard bill of lading.
