Developed Products, Compensation, Compliance, Policies and Procedures. Responsible for recruiting training and supervising Argentine marketing executives. Advised President on proper implementation of Prudential's business strategy. Recruited a group of 36 sales managers, trained them in the model of selling protection based life insurance. Developed their management skills and opened eight agencies in Buenos Aires in 1999 and seven agencies in other cities in 2000. Oversaw plan of hiring and training new Life Planners.Overcame Argentine financial crisis in 2001-2003 and continued to operate as other companies withdrew from country. Company won award for one of Argentina's most admired companies a year after transfer to Poland.
