CurrentDrive strategic initiatives from inception to fruition, guiding the process of strategic assessment of training, communications, engagement, D&I practices, and Software Development & IT governance through alignment, implementation, operationalization, measurement, and administration.Develop and enhance executive communications and presentations, ensuring alignment across leaders and promoting branding consistency. This includes content creation and collection for various newsletters, intranet team sites, content pages, event recaps, and many more employee communication touch points with the purpose of informing our teams of who we are as a team, how we work and how we deliver for our customers.Execute strategic learning and development initiatives by creating learning paths for technical teams, enhancing awareness campaigns for available learning and development tools and company offerings, and leading an instructional design team that creates, maintains, and enhances new and existing learnings with a focus on company onboarding, tools alignment, internal team processes, D&I practices, learning paths connected to career paths, and overall employee satisfaction around L&D opportunities to drive employee engagement and retention goals set by leadership.Drive awareness, adoption, and implementation of various technical, security, and architectural standards by engaging leadership, driving awareness and education on each of our standards, increasing participation in our standards development across our technical teams, and working with leaders to enable teams to have the standards embedded in their processes.Notable Accomplishments:Selected as a member on the D&I Council Increased L&D engagement by 12% in the first 12 months of rebrand and 18 fresh courses in 2024Launched Bi-Monthly Team NewsletterExecuted first Volunteer Month across 3 cities, 3 days each city, 2 events each day, partnered with 17 non-profits, over 3,000 volunteer hours
