I have discovered that owning three businesses at the same time has its challenges, but the truth is .....I am having a ball. I have the privilege of making new friends everyday. I look so forward to my regulars stopping by for a Latte and a muffin on their way to work. We get to chat about the latest happenings in our lives. I am so blessed to be part of a community that believes in supporting local businesses.I am now staying open late on Thursday nights from 6:30 - 8:00. Some of the students from North Lincoln High and Mr Booker have agreed to plan every Thursday evening in December. I think it is so important to support our students and give them a safe place to come and have some fun. Maybe you know of someone from your schools that would like to take Thursday nights in January or February. Have your every heard of Nitro Coffee , also known as "Cold Brew". Come by and give it a try. The kids told me about it. Shake gently and pour hard are the directions on the side of the can. If this Nitro Coffee goes over good, I can get a keg. I will let you,, my customers decide this one.I have started using White Lyon Tea. My insurance friend, John Nichole's, from Chicago introduced me to his brother, Chris who owns the White Lion Tea company. Isn't networking neat?We are now approved shippers for FedEx and USPS. We have not been able to get UPS to allow us to ship yet, but we have not given up. Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.We have lots of gift items, shipping materials and office supplies for sale.We are making Coffee and Tea gift baskets for Christmas gifts. We will take special requests. As for my insurance business, I am writing Medicare Supplements, Group Insurance, Life Insurance and Annuities in my spare time.
