Conduct test calls to sales offices for national hotel companies; evaluating over 25 criteria for proper sales techniques.The calls are custom designed and target specific markets and lead times to evaluate the sales manager’s ability to facilitate the business during the call. Each call is recorded and then delivered with an accompanying scorecard.
