The role of the HR Partner is to carry out HR strategy and activities according to the company’s vision, local legalisations, procedures, and company needs for fulfilling business objectives, and needs for staffing. Including organising and coordinating recruitment related activities. At Grant Thornton Baltic I handled organizational tasks and helped to manage the daily administrative and HR operations of the company.While working at the Tallinn Children Safety Center I developed my skills in psychology and working with children. That experience also has given me knowledge of what it feels like to work in an environment with a very high-stress level. During that time I completed successfully a basic course in family therapy.Teine Noorus OÜ has given me experience in so many different fields, starting from customer service and administrating jobs to personnel and event management.
