Provide guidance and best practices on program roll-out, marketing, design and continual growth of learning strategies that support the business goals and core values of mid- and large-cap organizations.

Responsible for overall direction and strategy for business skill training events. Coordinate with business lines to create appropriate training events and support materials. Identify trends across the company and develop strategies to support. Reinforce company-wide initiatives through training events as necessary.

Act as lead on custom training and performance improvement initiatives for a major automotive manufacturer. In the six years I have held the position I have helped to increase revenue each year. My job responsibilities include acquisition, design, development and implementation of dozens of programs in all training medias utilizing adult learning principles.

Acted as performance improvement and training subject matter expert for a variety of automotive manufacturers. My role included working directly with clients on the design, development, implementation and execution of a vairety of programs. Programs included Web based training, facilitator-led, self study and interactive distance learning Subjects ranged from dealership sales department and fixed operations, time management, communication skills, brand critical standards and product launches.

Supported training events for major automotive manufacturer. Participated in the design and development of an $18 million project. Also managed facililtators and a team of Field personnel.
