Responsible for ISIT planning and strategy for Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico, I work together with a team of about 20 professionals distributed across these regions, aligned with the strategy of Renault's headquarters in France. My focus is to ensure the following outcomes:Introduction of new approaches for budget management, ensuring adherence to the budget and collaborating with IT management in seeking cost optimization.Management of dozens of suppliers and various technology contracts, implementing unified control and a governance system to ensure appropriate handling for each contract. I initiated a complete review of 100% of existing contracts, aiming for improvements in financial performance.Establishment of the PMO (Portfolio Management Office), with the first portfolio overview for the entire LATAM region. I developed decentralized mechanisms to support the portfolio, ensuring autonomy for the areas responsible for projects. I linked capacity management to the portfolio, ensuring resources for the development of priority initiatives. I integrated agile elements through the SAFe (LACE) framework, offering active support to the various project phases, including support from an RTE (Release Train Engineer) and a Product Designer.Responsible for adherence to regional and global governance processes, ensuring active support for audits and alignment with global standards. I led the creation of processes, norms, practices, indicators, and quality assurance.In the area of Open Innovation & Business Development, I developed and implemented internal and external innovation strategies, identifying and evaluating open innovation opportunities within Renault's Open Innovation ecosystems in Latin America.

Creation and rollout of the agile strategy for LATAM, acting on two core domains:Agile Pole (core business)• LATAM head as part of corporate strategy• Agility strategy for LATAM countries according to economic and political context• Development of agile upskilling path with training and coaching• Definition of the agile professionals Ways of Working• Creation of communities to promote organic engagement (chapters, meet ups, etc.)• Creation of complementary multimedia content to diversify the knowledge approach• Implementation of OKR's at strategic level• Creation of framework for squads kick off focused on fast-track developments• Workshops design considering different contexts and cultures eg. Change management, budget management, Teambuilding, among others.Projects (delivery)• Methodology definition for application of agile mindset and frameworks according to the context of IT and manufacturing projects. Frameworks including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban and SAFe (agile at scale)• Collaboration with IT development, UX and Data teams for higher value deliverables• Hiring, allocation and management of the agile professionals working as scrum masters in the squads• Creation and application of maturity radar and set of metrics for better squad performance

Reference in agility, I piloted one of the first agile R&D teams that served as basis for the rollout of the methodology for the entire VP.Active support to the Scrum Masters area, leading the organizational design of the Scrum Master role for the company as well as its development levels. I accompanied scrum masters individually for developing their maturity in the methodology and autonomy for their activities in practical situations focusing on systemic thinking in different organizational scenarios.Implementation of metrics within the four agile metrics quadrants and participation in the implementation of OKR at strategic and operational levels.Independent production of educational content and trainings on agile methodology, scrum framework and other support tools, as well as clarification on the expected performance of each agent involved, with the objective of enhancing the cultural transformation among areas of the corporation.Campaign project agilist for commemorative dates, generating an annual revenue of approx. 500M. Working on the implementation of the Agile methodology with the R&D teams, ensuring the adoption of agile practices in projects;Support to the Product Owner concerning the definition and prioritization of Product Backlog and support in the definition of Sprints objectives;Planning, facilitating and conducting team ceremonies (daily meetings, planning, retrospectives and other technical meetings) to ensure the dissemination of information and removal of obstacles in projects;

Working at the R&D department with BRF priority brands such as: Sadia, Perdigão, Miss Daisy, Qualy among others;Responsible for monitoring innovation, product improvement, cost reduction and supplier development projects;Coordinating of over 300 simultaneous projects, ensuring that planning is accomplished and avoiding deviations in delivery;Status reporting for demanding markets: Africa, Latin America, Asia and Europe;Analysis of the processes and implementation of alternatives in order to maximize the productivity of the R&D department; Supporting the project development teams;Elaboration of schedules and Gantt chart, structuring projects planning through major milestones and activities with considering respective deadlines and responsible teams;Leading the team in order to accommodate the market priority demands aiming at strategies that benefit the company;Issuance of reports, data collection and creation of KPI's for analysis;
