With 30 years' experience in the industry, Barbara has built a solid reputation with investment partners, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers with a proven track record to lead teams from acquisition through to all phases of the development and construction phases. Barbara brings extensive experience in detailed cost planning, procurement, tactical forward planning, tendering analysis and negotiations. As a team leader, Barbara has a high level of motivation and energy and a commitment to effective work practices with a focus of continuous improvement in procedures, processes and teamwork in the face of varying environments.
