Barbara Singer Cheng is an executive coach and consultant. She is the former Senior Vice President, Client Relationship Development at Lore International Institute—a subsidiary of Korn Ferry. With a broad range of talent management expertise, her career focuses on the rapid development of high-potential leaders. Barbara was an executive coaching pioneer and certified the bulk of Lore’s 250+ executive coaching/consulting group. She is often a speaker on talent management and executive coaching. She is an expert on how assessment is used in recruiting, assessing, and developing senior executives. She conducts strategic planning sessions and consults with senior executives around ways to grow sales. Over the past decade she has coached hundreds of executives. Barbara has often served technology, pharmaceuticals, engineering, and professional services. Barbara sits on the board for the Executive MBA Council and works with numerous universities and their Executive MBA programs.
