CurrentDirector, Program Management, responsible for working with all levels of the organization to promote internal programs and strategic initiatives, and implementing guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, as well as maintaining alignment with the organization's mission. Responsible for the requirements and on-time delivery of internally developed, complex applications in support of operations, finance, customer services, and marketing in a time-critical environment. Scope includes project management in support of the SDLC process, development of metric-driven programs, executive reporting, quality assurance, ISO 27001 information security certification and compliance, business impact analysis, risk assessment, business continuity, and incident management programs.
