Gained experience in arbitrations under variety of institutional rules (ICC, SCC, VIAC, SAKIG, Lewiatan).• Have had the opportunity to work on disputes in various industry sectors such as information technology, telecommunications, energy, construction, transport, food and agricultural production.• Focusing on post-merger disputes, including disputed concerning breach of representations & warranties and final price settlements, in particular in cross-border scenarios.• Advising in post-award phase of arbitration - securing acknowledgement and due enforcement of arbitral awards, challenging arbitral awards.
